Matthew G. Brooks, President
As President, I have organized and grouped together efficient construction teams to procure construction projects and close them out on budget and schedule. With over 35 years of construction experience I have a strong commitment to staying in control of field operations with qualified teams with full support, emphasizing on OSHA SAFETY, Microsoft scheduling, administrations and accounting. The ability to work through construction challenges with an opportunity outlook, I have made MGB one of the leaders in the design build arena.
As a licensed general contractor with over 30 years experience in the building and construction industry, I have held the positions of Vice President, Project Manager, and Superintendent, and managed multi-million dollar commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include personal representation of the company at sales meetings with property owners to obtain the bid to build a project.
All including areas of project coordination and management as well as obtaining required permits and blueprints, hiring subcontractors, submittal review, scheduling site work, maintaining budgets, troubleshooting, scheduling weekly meetings with general contractors and owners, approving pay applications, abiding by OSHA safety regulations, maintaining schedules, and meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Chad Brooks, Vice President
With ten years experience and an education and family background in commercial and residential construction, I am currently a Commercial Construction Project Manager/Estimator. I am responsible for all aspects of the building processes for multi-million dollar building projects.
I have managed projects from both the private and public sector. From Interior medical build-outs to free standing steel structures. Conceptual to completion, throughout the submittal process, change orders, scheduling and closeout documents. Manage the RFI’s, change order log’s, Process owner’s requests, manage owners meetings including the construction team and Architect’s.
